With leadership that includes five visionary women, we’re proud to be reshaping the future of music storytelling through bold ideas, diverse voices, and cultural fluency. Together, we deliver strategic campaigns that move audiences, build brands, and leave a lasting impact.

FRANZ HILBERATH — FOUNDER

BASED IN DENVER, CO

A dynamic force in music storytelling, Franz brings deep expertise rooted in journalism and landmark PR campaigns. His strategic approach transforms narratives into cultural moments and serves as the foundation of MP3 Labs.

Franz leads campaigns and artist projects including Kaskade, Griz, Zeds Dead, Claude VonStroke, Detox Unit, Cool Customer, Eli Brown, Of The Trees, and many more.


LEE HARMON — HEAD OF PARTNERSHIPS & SPONSORSHIPS

BASED IN NEW YORK, NY

Lee specializes in forging meaningful, results-driven partnerships that connect artists to culture in unforgettable ways. A former sports marketing executive with experience working with athletes like Jamal Murray and Justin Herbert

Lee brings that same innovative spirit to music aligning brands and creatives for campaigns that resonate and convert.


ASHLEY “RILEY” LOPEZ — VP OF OPERATIONS / ARTIST & FESTIVAL PR LEAD

BASED IN LOS ANGELES, CA

Riley brings festival-scale thinking and storytelling to every campaign. With experience leading PR efforts for major events like Hard Summer, she excels at complex campaign execution and event-based press.

Riley heads up projects for DJ Snake, Kayzo, Wax Motif, Eli Brown, and Heyz—balancing high-velocity coverage with long-term brand development.


ASHLEY KELAITA — EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & ARTIST MANAGEMENT LEAD

BASED IN TAMPA, FL

Ashley supports daily operations across MP3 Labs while leading the artist management division with care and precision. She provides hands-on strategic guidance for rising talent.

Working closely with Claude VonStroke, Detox Unit, Meduso, and Mlotik. Her ability to blend high-level vision with tactical support makes her a pillar of the MP3 Labs experience.


KYLE ARGUELLES — PR ASSISTANT

BASED IN LOS ANGELES, CA

Kyle supports campaign execution across key MP3 Labs clients, working closely with publicist Riley Lopez on large-scale festival and artist campaigns for acts including DJ Snake, Kayzo, Wax Motif, Eli Brown, and Heyz.

Outside of MP3 Labs, Kyle helps run and innovate Global Dance Electronic, one of the scene’s most influential digital platforms. There, he contributes to content development and audience strategy, bringing real-time cultural insight into the campaigns he supports.


MADISON “MADDY” GEORGE — LEAD PUBLICIST

BASED IN DENVER, CO

A seasoned PR strategist with deep roots in the Chicago and Denver music markets, Madison (aka Maddy) leads communications for marquee projects across the MP3 roster.

With a portfolio that includes Kaskade, Tape B, Alleycvt, Of The Trees, and What So Not, she’s known for creating storylines that drive real coverage across digital, print, broadcast, and on-the-ground activations.


TATUM FUHRI — PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER

BASED IN DENVER, CO

Tatum is a creator, strategist, and digital tastemaker who brings her unique voice to both brand-facing and fan-facing campaigns. As one of the most engaging personalities in North America’s festival ecosystem

she helps shape content and brand strategy across events, product launches, and social campaigns. Her personal platform (@tatum.bell) adds authentic amplification to everything she touches.


VIVI HILL — LEAD PUBLICIST

BASED IN LOS ANGELES, CA

Formerly a marketing lead at Monstercat, Vivi is a forward-thinking strategist with a sharp eye for narrative, visuals, and cross-platform cohesion. She’s led branding and creative campaigns for Monstercat.

Eli Brown, and others always pushing boundaries with innovative, culturally fluent execution. At MP3 Labs, she leads select artist and label campaigns with big-picture creative direction and brand development.
